List of Top dogs UKC and AKC

I was just wondering if anyone could help me find a list of the top dogs for each breed in the UKC and/or AKC. I was trying to find a website that lists the top in winning dogs.

I always here on Dog Shows on TV "This is the top winning......" is that listed anywhere?

It's updated every two weeks or so and becomes fixed at the end of the year for that year...everything starts again Jan. 1

And here are the UKCs top ten coonhounds for each breed. These results are separate because the coonhounds are usually shown at bench shows associated with coonhunts.
