Losing teeth

I think Riley has lost all of his teeth except one. This last one is one of the top ones that are really sharp. He has grown his new teeth in place of these "sharp" ones but on one side it still hasn't fallen out yet. Its still pretty tight in there and its not wiggling. Considering his age, should it have fallen out already and should i bring him to the vet? The one on theother side fell out like two weeks ago.

I actually have a tooth question. Bentley has double "fang" teeth on the top and bottom. He's lost all of his other baby teeth except for those. The vet recommends removing them in his office next month. He's about 8 months and I'm just not sure if I should give him more time because he'll have to be put under anesthesia and that worries me..
