well, I'll tell you what I've learned.

People are always going to be breeding dogs who should not be bred.
Every once in a while bad things happen to these sorts that teaches them a real lesson about the hardships and heartbreak that can happen in breeding, but most of the time they raise litters and sell puppies successfully.

Any effort I spend trying to educate people these days is spent on those who are genuinely seeking knowledge and who want to learn.

Yeah, you're right. You can talk until you're blue in the face but unless the person is open and receptive to learning they won't. In this case I provided questionaires and links and information of all sorts and I doubt she touched any of them.
