Lilavati.. the purebred human comment.. OMG... I don't know what to say to that. Wonder what they say about adopting.. I bet that's selfish, too, and we should euthanize the kids to put them out of their misery.
Not only that, where it has been implimented it has been a complete failure.
More feel good legislation that does only one thing, encourage the general public to be less responsible for their own actions.
