smart pug

That last picture in competition thread made me think of something. Last weekend Kokomo (a pug puppy) was staying all night with us. When it was time to go lay down and watch a little tv, Princess and Gracie got in bed with me. Kokomo thought PLAYTIME! So he was put down on the floor. He was jumping, trying to get on the bed but couldnt make it. I decided to let him tire himself out. So he gives up, goes off and comes back with a chew toy. He incouraged Gracie to grab it which she did. As Gracie held on to the toy, Kokomo had a hold the toy also and he used that to pull himself up onto the bed! It was the funniest thing. I thought it was pretty smart of him.

Oh yes....sounds like the great mind of the pug at work! They are smart when they need to be, that is when it accomplishes something that THEY want. Selfish little buggers LOL!! Too cute!
