Over-achiever Payton at about 3:40.

I'm cheating and also using the movement as a precursor to putting him back on a teeter (my adjustable teeter is almost ready!) so lots of rewarding whenever it moves under him too, even if it's not closer to the final behaviour...

Ok, so ignore all the mistakes and randomness. I usually click with my foot when filming so I have a hand to record and a hand to treat. I could only find a box clicker though so things were awkward at best.

Also, bad timing on my part...both in clicking AND I woke Ivy up from a post dinner nap to do this. She also was very distracted as I guess the neighbors across the street were having people over as several people were parking in front of our house and walking over AND the children next door were out looking for my kids....sigh, bad trainer:rolleyes: SHe REALLY wanted to charge the fence to "greet" the new people. Be kind, its really a mess

(oh, yes, her nails are too long...they grow like friggin weeds and I am late on dremmeling)

So, she is really good about offering two paws on objects so my first criteria I was working on was to get her moving it thinking I could add the second paw later...kind of decided that last minute so yeah, I was all over the place lol. I am using a furniture dolly. The stuff tied to it is from the children when they were teaching Quke to pull them around on it :lol-sign:

Go Payton!! That was a really nice push towards the end! I thought it was pretty interesting seeing his confidence level on the grass compared to the pavement.

Maddie can do this :D Well.... she could a couple years ago (? give or take). I'm going to have to see if my parents still have the skateboard in their basement lol I'd love to see if she can still do it.... And if I could get Bailey to do it!

I wish I had a video :/ bad pics

Ummm I would like to see this trick too please!

Yeah, the rolling was a big surprise to him and it was like a whole new thing to figure out. The board tipping around isn't really new or weird, but I don't think we've ever done anything rolling. You can pretty much see the little cogs spinning in his head.
I don't blame him though. Let's not talk about the first time *I* tried to get on a skateboard...

I definitely want to teach him the ball-push too, I think both will be really helpful as far as movement goes!

I have video somewhere...will see if I can find it. I dont think I posted it anywhere because yeah, technically probably not a good idea in general to let a 130lbs dog drag kids around with strings and wheels:yikes: I was right there though and I tend to be a bit looser than others with some things

I really need to learn to video things right from the beginning. I dragged the wagon out just to see what would happen and as soon as I clicked Squash for looking at it he started doing all the things he could think of to the wagon in rapid succession and ended up standing all 4 in it.

I think his legs might be long enough that he could push himself with one paw like a skateboard, but if not I'll just try to get him to push it.

Loving the videos. Hmmmm....I might be able to get Hudson to do the skateboard thing, now I just need a skateboard.

The ball one - no way. Herdy dog things balls are for chasing and biting. Last time I had him out with a big ball, it was epic, but then the ball got a hole in it :(

I love the videos so far! :D

Hmm.. I don't know how I'll be able to do this one. I have no skateboard, the excercise ball isn't here (maybe, I'll try to find it), and no stroller or such thing. I also have no extra money -_- I so want to see art ride a skateboard! lol
Hmm.....Any suggestions?

Everyone wants to see ALL the videos!

So an old lady walks into a used sporting goods store and asks for an old, beat up skateboard...

Oh, Squash. This is the first time he laid eyes on it. He's obviously learned that it's probably worth his effort to fool around with whatever shows up in the living room or the backyard. :p

And then Maisy... it might not seem like much but I'm IMMENSELY proud of her. This is the fastest she has ever offered this kind of escalating sequence of interactions with something. I was all ready to be done at the end when she put her other paw up there... I think she's learning to be shaped!
