TELLINGS VS TOLEDO GOING TO US SUPREME COURT
by Publisher on Tue 15 Jan 2008 06:43 PM EST Paul Tellings has been successful in getting his case put on the docket of the Supreme Court of the US. I really hope that common sense prevails because a Supreme Court win would be great news for all of us. I've already got butterflies over the outcome. No Pit Bull Bans has the details. Found here http://caveat.blogware.com/blog/_arc....html#comments No Pit Bull Bans link http://www.nopitbullbans.com/?p=602 Docket info http://www.supremecourtus.gov/docket/07-8545.htm

Well, not exactly. He's asked them to hear the case, and they are considering it. According to the docket we'll know if they will actually hear the case on the 4th of Feb . . . don't hold your breath . . . refuse to hear most of the cases that they are asked to hear unless they feel it is a pressing national issue . . .
But you never know . . . this is a conservative court, and they may decide to take it as a 5th amendment issue. |

![]() ACtually, I hope they do take it . . . even if we lose, it won't actually make anything worse . . . it will have no effect on those states that have ruled it in violation of their OWN Constitions. |
