I found this when I was deleting half the pictures I've taken from my computer.... AWW! I had been out all day, and when I came home he was in the yard looking so pathetically neglected.

^^^If you look in the dog news forum, there's a petition there to outlaw the tethering/chaining of dogs in New York.

But aww, he does look *so* abused. How dare you leave him??

He isn't tethered.. he's in my fenced in backyard. My dad had put him out there about 20 mins before I arrived and forgot to take his leash off. Cleaning that thing is HELL.
