I have a 2.5 Month Boston Terrier when should I train it for sports. Should I wait a little while, or teach it while its young. Its a smart dog. A little clumbsy, but it usely doesn't make the same mistake twice. If I do decide to teach him sports how should I teach him. Once I decide to teach him these sports, where do I get the equipment.

Never do too much until they are full grown ! Especially anything that causes them to jump high in the air...after a stick, frisby etc. It's very hard on their joints and could cause hip or elbow problems down the road. Visit an Agility club in your area and talk to them.

Yukon is so full of energy I would love to find a sport for him in the ottawa area but he is only 4 months old, better to wait for him to grow up a bit more? He is german shepherd for anyone who doesn't know me yet. I think we are going for working k9 stuff by the sounds of it.
