Visitor Pet Peeves
Due to recent events in my apartment I've decided to list some of the pet peeves I have when people come over to visit. None of these visitors are mine, (they're my roommate and boyfriend's visitors) so I don't feel like I can correct them.
1) Why bark back at the dogs??? Roxie especially will bark when people come in the door. I'm trying to break her of this, but it doesn't help when people start barking back at her when I'm correcting her. 2) If you're going to bring your girlfriend that's afraid of dogs....let us know ahead of time! I hate it when the dogs go up to greet somebody and they start squealing and say, "OMG! Don't bite me! Don't bite me!" Thank god my dogs are only 15 pounds. I can't imagine the screams I'd hear if they were big. 3) Now if said terrified gf is standing with her back flat against the door, don't just walk away and leave her. That's just being a jerk... That is all for now, but I may have more as the night goes on.....

I don't like it when people get upset at me for having my dogs on my furniture. Uh, you're at my house. If I let my dogs on the couch I let them on the couch. By no means do they crowd you and they know what off means but do not physically push my dog off the couch. Bandit especially gets upset with people who do this.
