Skunk with Rabies how they act

Later the Skunk was tested positive for Rabies. http://media.filecabi.net/upload/adlreport.jpg I thought it was interesting.

I saw this video this morning and I still can't get that image out of my head. I felt like yelling at my PC to get the dog out of that cage. And I know he had no choice but to kick the skunk but it just left such a disturbing image in my head.

Did anyone else notice that the dog's rabies vaccine status was "unknown"????
