Default What breed is this?

I was driving along one day and I see this adorable dog... I wasn't sure what breed it was and I couldn't get out of the car to ask! I'll try and describe it, but could someone please give me a list of breeds (it could be a mixed breed) that they think it could be?

-Small, about 1 foot long (unsure of age, probably a toy breed)
-White w/ very light brown fur
-Fur was similar to a yorkie, but short haired

Sorry for my lack of details... I was just wondering if anyone knew what breed it was.

Thanks
