do dogs get pimples? and sore on foot

Ok so I was giving Maya the once over a while ago. I noticed that there was a pimple looking thing on the inside of her back right thigh. Plus around the area there were some redish looking splotches. Could this be a pimple and a skin irritation?

Also on one of her front feet there is a crack in one of her pads. it's the one in the back, not the toes. what should I do about that. I was going to put some triple antibiotic on it and wrap it up with gauze and that coban tape, the stretchy stuff that only sticks to itself, but I wanted to check here first.

DO you think I should take her to the vet tomorrow for this?

I was going to give her a bath, but now becuase of all of this I am kind of thinking I should wait untill her foot heals and the skin on her inner thigh is looking better.

pustules like you're describing often mean a staph infection. I'd go to the vet and get some antibiotics. Not sure about the foot, other than to start moisturizing, with bag balm or something like that.

Dobes do get pimples, but usually on their faces/chins. It could be a bug bite also.

As for the crack, is it just a crack, or is it open and raw?

it's kind of, more like a cut... like there is a little flap that under it is pink
