To my knowledge NO that is not a normal "Husky colour". In most dogs its classed as a colour defect as white or albinos are usually blind or deaf or both. In some rare cases whites or albinos can have both the hearing & sight
But that is here in Australia, it might be different in your neck of the woods

I would say yes it is normal growing up as a mushers daughter and becoming a musher myself I have owned a few white huskies. Unlike most white purebred dogs they don't have health problems or behvior problems like say a white gsd or dobe their just white it happens and they can appear in the show ring. I don't beleive in breeding just for that color though. I own a white boy right now called Pheonix.

Yes, is a normal one.
It's accepted in the FCI estandar COLOUR : All colours from black to pure white are allowed. A variety of markings on the head is common, including many striking patterns not found in other breeds. http://www.fci.be/uploaded_files/270gb2000_en.doc

Yes it is normal, my friend has two pure white Siberian Huskies on his team, they also do well in the show ring. white huskies are not albino's like samoyeds are also not albino but are pure white.
