ferret bites, eek, the ferret bit me, and it bled! help!
eek, I am worried, should I do anything? or what? for the ferret bite? I mean I was trying to help her get her paw out of her cage, and she bit me. Shes fine, but will I be fine? Should I do anything special? eek! Thank you for reading!

well, if your ferret has had its shots, you shouldn't worry too much. Use some peroxide or something, clean it really well. It should be fine

alright, she is up to date on her shots, but I think she needs some more. I know she didn't mean to bite me, just a reaction, when I pushed her paw back into her cage, it was stuck. so that was my reaction, and hers was biting. thanks you two!

I forget what shots mine got but I know they got a rabies shot, I want to say distemper but I don't remember. I would just clean it and watch for any signs of infection. I know my female, as a baby, climbed up me and bit and latched onto my ear (I guess she thought she was an earring) and the tip of my ear still has a lump on it from where she had bit. The lump just never went away.
