What is the best food to feed cats. I have my two Siamese on Purina cat chow: indoor formula. I was wondering if that is a good food. They are healthy and active with shiny coats and everything i was just wondering if this is a good quality food.

You'll find that the same as dog food goes for cat food.. there are higher quality cat foods out there, like Innova, Nature's Variety. So many... it would depend on your cats needs.

It really depends on the specific cat, but Innova and Felidae are considered some of the best brands. Wet food is recommended for cats because it provides them with the water that they wouldn't normally consume.
I'd be feeding my cat Innova canned if it were up to me, but dad says no wet food because of the price. If you can afford it, I'd recommend that or a brand with similar ingredients. Edited to add: Purina is a very poor-quality food; I'd definitely make a change. |
