Maggots

when shovelling my dogs sroppings up today i found maggots among his dirt. should i be worried? he only got his worm dose from the vet 3 weeks ago! :s please help

The maggots are the larvae of flies that laid their eggs in your dogs poo after it was laying in your yard. So no need to worry.
I would check fresh droppings for a while just to make sure they were maggots and not internal parasites.

ah thats good, thanks! may well have been, because it was lyin for around a day because i was working, thanks for your help aprreciate it!
