I handle, and I see sooo many people with intact dogs saying they would like to breed their male/female... looking at their dog I ask, "Are you joking?"
Even a titled dog may or may not be bred, just because it has Ch. in front of it's name doesn't mean it would be an asset to the breed. I think that's a bit off topic.
I don't know one responsible breeder who would let their puppies go to homes intact unless they were going to a show home (and lets just say they don't let them go to just anyone
). Things happen, dogs get out, dogs come in, they don't want to take that risk.
