Thumbs up lucky escape
We live in the country near a bog.In the bog there is a forestry with lots of bog holes.We have a springer spaniel who loves to explore the forestry but she is only a pup.One day she fell in one my brother had to pull her out it was a very lucky escape!!!

Glad your pup got out safely. Reminded me of a book I read some time ago about an ancient druid in Wales, who was tossed into a bog after death, and the peat preserved him incredibly well.
