removing peepee and poopy scents

I have a question about peepee and poop on my hardwood floors. I have 7 dogs in the house and it's impossible to tell which one did it. I love them and don't want to put them out inside a hot pen. It gets so hot here. When I leave them in, they do their "job" although I try and let them out on a schedule. If anyone can give me some advice, I would certainlly appreciate it. One other question I have is how do you get a dog to stop chasing cars??? Thank-you. Boo1
