Weird Cat!

My cat goes nuts over Carrots!!..You show her one and she will do what cats do when you give them catnip..It so weird but funny, does anyone know why?

They look at me saying "What are you thinking mom? What am I supposed to do with this?"

Mine is the same way about lettuce.
She cries as soon as it comes out of the fridge.
She will get on the table or counter and take it right out of the salad bowl.
