Cool, huh?
I did an exhibition [project] on WW1 dogs in my senior year of high school, and learned quite a bit of cool information like that. Ever heard of a "trench terrier"? Very interesting topic

Dogs in WW1 that were kept in the trenches with the men to chase away/kill the rats. I think very highly of these dogs because they remained focused despite the noise and distruction, and I haven't heard of one single story of any of them being agressive. They're also a small source of comfort to the men... it was a project I took a lot of interest in while I was experiencing major "senioritus"
