I've heard this phrase but have no clue what it means.... anyone?

Well, I asked Charley if he knew what it might mean and he came up blank - and he's usually the go-to guy on obscure stuff like that. Maybe I'll e-mail Buttgumbo . . . he might know.

could it have anything to do with the superbowl commercial from a few years ago? A guy couldn't go into a bar w/ his dog so he put it on his head like dreads and spoke with a jamacain accent and ordered a beer. It was pretty funny. I forget the dog breed name but I saw one on the last fancy dog show. Looks just like it has dreadlocks for hair, very cute dog. Dunno if this helps or makes things worse.
