R.I.P. Capt Smathers
Here is a story of a marine from Maryland that rescued his pal Scout from Iraq. He was walking his lifetime buddy and dropped dead today from a heart attack. RIP Capt. Smathers...Thank you for rescuing Scout from a horrible life. How Sad
