Chloe barks at me when I sneeze

When I, and only when I sneeze, Chloe runs toward me and barks her head off. Anyone else can sneeze, and she won't even pay attention. She also barks like that when I open the blinds in the house, open or close a window or the sliding glass doors. It's so strange. I've never had a dog do that before.
