Question Wimmin! Do you track your cycles?

I've been doing this since January and its actually been really interesting to learn about my body!

I'm not regular... So far I've had (days) 28, 21, 28, 31 and 37! This one surprised me, I thought it'd be 28 again (I have recently been diagnosed with a lovely cyst (well, 2, but they are one and they are called Eric) on the left, yum yum, and this was a right month), so not sure what that was all about.

Took me till I was in my 30s to start logging it, and wish I'd started earlier

I've been using an app on the ipad. You can track moods and symptoms too. Very handy if like me you're a hormonal lunatic

I do. We probably use the same app. Period tracker , with a pummeling flower. I just checked mine and yup, with my moods swinging, I should have staarted 2 days ago. Mine have been 27 ,28,24,29,32,27,27,29,28,26,28,29,24,25,27,31,27 with average being 26 days. I love knowing.

What's the app? I should, I'm super irregular and just coming off BC after 12 years of no periods.

I use Period Tracker (free version), too! I have an IUD, so it's based mostly on what were pre-period symptoms before I had it inserted because I wanted to see if those might actually still be reliable and that appears to be the case. I find it really fascinating as well.

I've been tracking since December. So far it looks like I'm averaging 27 days with a max of 36.

I did very closely when I was younger, but I've gotten a good enough idea over the years about what my normal is that I don't keep close track anymore. I have a general idea of where I am in my cycle at any given time, though, because you could set a clock by my uterus.

Nope. With the Implanon, it's really a few days every 3 months and I do not have the attention span to track something that only happens once every 3 months.

I'm with you...what cycle? I used to get it every 3-4 months but now in 1.5 years I had like a two day period once. Thank you, PCOS!

I track mine from bleeding day to bleeding day, so I can know when to be prepared for Aunt Flow to visit & am not caught unawares by her :P.

But what is strange is since I have entered by 30's, my cycles have gotten shorter days wise, like from the time my periods evened out til about ... I'd say last year, they have always been at five days at the least, now they are at the most 3-4 days. But I don't know why.
