Skipped the gym to have sex but am still really sore and frankly burned more calories than I would've at spinning class. Not to mention it was A LOT more fun than spinning.
soo.. we are just going to call it a fitness win anyway.

YAY FOR ME!

Holy moly. First off, I am proud of myself for fitting in a workout today period. I worked this morning and then grocery shopping and didn't get home until almost 4. Then unloading and putting away the groceries and getting Hannah something to eat... I still have to shower, do laundry and make dinner BUT I did my workout

I did 25 minutes of party express and 30 minutes of booty time. I can feel the sweat dripping out of my hair onto my neck lol.

After consuming a glass of water... or ten... I'm going to hop off to the shower and get all this funk off of me lol

Alright, BeachBody had a sale. So now we not only own P90X2 & Insanity, I just invested in Rockin' Body as well.

One day I am hoping to actually stick to something. Anything.

Sparks, I added you on Team BeachBody! I'm hoping you can help keep me accountable, lol.

Oh awesome . Glad to have more friends on there. Rockin body is the workout I am doing right now. I signed up for the beach body challenge (and used rocking body 30 day schedule, you get a free t shirt with each program completion). I already have a turbo jam shirt, I have a
Hip hop abs t shirt on the way and the next one will be rockin body but I am only a couple days into this challenge.

I would love to be your accountability partner

I just did the "Total Body 2" workout from 10 minute trainer. It was largely arms, but with squats and lunges most of the way and two sets of crunch exercises. Didn't get the heart rate up like the cardio (which is expected) but that was a darn good workout. Phew.

Upper body workout today. But I'm also calling a FP game tonight, so I'll get a lower body/cardio taste as well (12U games - usually lots of pitches).

Good week. Been busting really hard and eating well since I returned from my trip. Down a total of 13 since I got home and 7 since last week. Approaching that magic "50 pounds lost" figure.

Day off from the exercise program. Calling a game at 2:30, though, so I'll still get some fitness time.

Feeling good. Clothes are loose. Can't really ask for much more.
