Mojo, a rescued Pit Bull Puppy *graphic*
This is the pup they are trying to save down home, he's now at Atlantic veterinary college (PEI)

I know, it breaks my heart, and shelters and rescues are very limited in my hometown, it's a miracle he was found and is being helped...

The mange is the most obvious, but he was also dehydrated and malnourished.. Sad case all the way around :-(

I think I saw a snippet of his story on the news a couple nights ago on CTV. Poor little guy, it's horrifying how some people can treat their animals like that... it's no wonder everything seems to be going downhill. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that he gets better and finds the perfect family, which he so clearly deserves.
ETA: They posted quite a few more pictures, of him looking quite a bit better, on the Facebook page if anyone wants to take a peek.

Looks like he's doing much better, hopefully they can keep fundraising as I'm sure his care until cures will be high, I know a friend who used the College and its not cheap, but where he needs to be
