I know what you mean. It sucks. I used to clench my teeth terribly at night and the mouthguard was a Godsend.

I think I do the same thing, I also grind them out of nervous habit during the day (I found gum lessens the amount I do it) I don't grind them hard, I just slide them back & forth over each other (the molars) in succession but when I catch myself I stop.

I'm trying to figure out if I'm being realistically annoyed today or not and just PMS-y.

For example, disappearing for hours on end when I drop you off somewhere you say will only take 20 minutes? That seems like a pretty normal annoyance. But maybe I'm over exaggerating.

Or saying sorry, even though you knew what you were doing and you could have just as easily stopped, but you're more than willing to do it anyway because you want to and saying sorry in a high-pitched four year old whiny voice is supposed to somehow make me feel better about it. Seems equally asshole-ish. Maybe I'm over exaggerating.
