I agree with the others on checking into her food. You might also try a high quality fish oil. My dog had dry itchy skin and we switched her fish oil to Nordic Naturals. It took us 6 months and 1500 dollars worth of testing to figure out what was wrong with Sancho. Turns out he was allergic to everything native to Texas. 5 types of grass 3 kinds of trees, and dust.
The vet said either to put him on shots that may or may not work. Or move. We moved to Colorado and he's a super healthy 6 year old. No more allergy issues at all. Good luck. Allergies can be so frustrating to deal with.
