WOW that is insane!!!!

The whole time I was watching that I just kept thinking "don't ever say you CAN'T"

I will watch that again tomorrow before I start a workout. I pulled a muscle and I won't overdo it and make it worse but I CAN workout and modify it to get the best workout I can while not injuring myself further. I CAN!

I worked out. I took a shower. I put on MY FREAKING PAJAMAS so when I got home I was ready for bed (Don't worry, my pajamas are just another set of "workout clothes" lol)
