There's a 1/4 inch of ice on everything. I have a 16 y.o civic that is my only means of transportation to and from work. I have no money to replace/repair said civic if I wreck it driving on ice.

I'm about to go walk down my road and see if it's passable. Considering that my front porch was like a skating rink it's not looking likely.

I'm going this morning to pick up a dog for my boss for a pit stop at my house before heading down with me. So yesterday while all the arrangements were being made I forgot to ask what the woman will be driving and now I can't get in touch with anyone. I suppose I'll find her somehow.

Gas gauge has not been working on my truck for a long time. finally took it in to get fixed. Knew they would call and say this and that needs fixed as well. Was supposed to be a 300$ fix that is now up to 1,200.

I'd just get a new car but until we find a house the mortgage guy told me not to take out another loan. ugh!

I have to get blood work tomorrow at 11:45 am, which means nothing to eat or drink except water after 10 pm. Ugh.

I've been trying to place an order for Nosework stuff on & off since before Christmas. The place uses Pay Pal to process their payments. Everytime I've tried to submit my order, I get a screen that says there is a problem- could be Pay Pal, could be the site I'm ordering from. Seems I'm the only one having this issue. The place I'm ordering from's only suggestion was to clear cookies, which I had done at Christmas time. So, their only other answer was to place the order via mail, and pay with a check. It takes them at least 2 weeks to process internet orders (in fact, they don't do mail orders at all). Since my order is coming from NJ, it's a safe bet I won't have my stuff for at least a month.

meh, I always just tell them to fix what i brought it in for, unless I trust the guy who is telling me all that, its funny that when OH is with me (even though I know more about cars & car jargen then he does) they dont sing me that crappy song :/

I just feel like crying cause I'm losing a close friend and it sucks. And I honestly NEVER saw it coming. It makes me feel like crap. She's just changing and becoming someone I never thought she would be. It sucks a lot.
