When I initially took out dairy I started eating way better at the same time, so feeling better was probably a combo of a lot of things.
I really REALLY don't want to have issues with dairy. I love yogurt!
Maybe it isn't the dairy. Do you know the ingredients of the froyo you had? I know one supplier uses corn syrup in nearly every flavor. Maybe it's the corn and not the dairy? Wishful thinking, I guess.
