I had paleo crunch for breakfast - raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries with some pepitas, flax seed, and sunflower seeds. I didn't measure any of it, just threw it in a little bowl, but I would guess maybe 1 tbsp each of the flax and sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp of the pepitas, and maybe 1/2 cup of the berries? It wasn't a huge breakfast but I was feeling a bit queasy this morning (didn't sleep well.)

Lunch was the usual, granny smith apple, 2 tbsp PB, about 1.5oz pepper jack cheese, and I took 1/4 cup almonds and maybe ten dark chocolate chips back to work with me to munch on so I didn't lose my mind during yet another conference call.

I was STARVING when I got home (the guys got Long John Silvers for lunch so the entire office smelled like fried fish, and even though I had been full and ate my almonds and everything, the smell made me ravenous...) so I ate another maybe ten dark chocolate chips before hitting the gym hoping for a minor sugar boost to get me through.

Dinner was hot italian sausage and 2 ounces of pepper jack cheese. I just ate another 1/4 cup almonds because I'm still starving. Just tallied and I'm right on the money for the day so I dunno why I'm so frickin' hungry. I am considering another bowl of paleo crunch though...

ETA: Well crap. I just went in and added all my fitness for the week and even on the low side it's giving me a warning that I'm working out way too much for what I'm eating. And the week isn't even over yet. Whatever algorithm they use estimates I burn 1240 cals/week and I'm already at 1582, with 30 minutes of personal training and a 3 mile run to do tomorrow. I guess that's why I'm starving.
I'm seriously considering buying some kind of HRM to try and get this figured out, because I think I'm doing a lot of damage to my fitness by not fueling my body properly. There's just so many freaking question marks in my workouts - like how am I supposed to know how many calories I burned during my 30 minute brutal individual TRX session Monday? - that I am having a hell of a time with this.

Breakfast: Smoothie (1c frozen blueberries, 1c cranberry juice, 7-8 fresh strawberries), 3 rice cakes w/ peanut butter.

Lunch: A thin everything bagel with peanut butter.

Dinner: McD's fries and a dollar menu vanilla sundae with caramel. Whoooops.

Might have something later. Shark Week is occurring right now, so my body is like a game of Hungry Hungry Hippos.

I just finished eating a yummy omelette. I just made it with what I had here so eggs, turkey and some new mexican green chile. The chile is what made the entire omelette come together... yummyyyyy....

I'm still going strong on eating paleo... and loving it!
