I am in menopause and I get night sweats, morning sweats, afternoon sweats. It sucks.

It could be any number of things. You really need to see you GP.

Here's another thought on the night sweats- what kind of heating system does your friend have? Forced hot air could be causing them. I'd forgotten just how "out of balanced" FHA makes the room temp. wise, and have noticed I've been waking up dripping wet from sweat more often since we moved in with our friends who have FHA.

Forced hot air can also cause dizziness if you have a lower bp and it's causing mild dehydration. Plus both of those, night sweats and dehydration, could cause fatigue.

I know menopause sucks but I wish I could go thru it already (even tho I am only 30) because I hate the "monthly visits" like the one I have now :/
