Really horrifying, the condition the dogs are in is shocking. Fortunately, I know the OHS will take good care of them.

Those poor dogs
I can't help but think that this might be just another case of "rescuers who need rescuing" and to feel a little bad for that woman. Yes, what she did was absolutely neglectful and terrible, but I hope she ends up in mandated counseling instead of heavy jail time. :/
