I normally delete those people. But the people who do it most are family. (My grandmother shares her Jesus stuff every single day. And any other political/ridiculous crap she can.) Usually it's wrong information, too. Very annoying.

Most of my friends share their pics of their dogs, their horses & their accomplishments etc ... I have a lot of friends from around the world, some of them are guys so you know what kind of ... Stuff they sometimes like/share, like most ...'they get three strikes & they are out for me. I like to keep my news feed to ppl who post their animals & humorous things about animals OR what I really use FB for: animals in need of homes that need shares.

Speaking of the devil, the internet taught me in 2012 that LOL actually means "Lucifer our Lord" and is slang that satanists use. I didn't share that one, so I'm pretty sure I'm going to hell, as are all of my friends who didn't learn that information when I didn't share it. Oops.

I've deleted quite a few family members for posting crap I don't want to see. If they ask why I've unfriended them, I flat out tell them I don't want to see their political agenda or constant updates on my newsfeed, and hand them my phone number. In my opinion, being "family" doesn't give you a free pass to be obnoxious, and I still have a good relationship with every one of my immediate and extended family members.

You know, sometimes its not worth unfriending someone when you can just hide them from your newsfeed For me, FB it MY page...I post political and otherwise strong statements, beliefs, etc. Somedays I post a lot, some days I dont.

GreenMagick, there's a BIG difference between posting radical religious/political opinions, even regularly, and posting "like this picture of my grandmother or you want yours to die" or "like this picture of shoes if you love jesus, don't like it if you want to go to hell".
