Finding a guy when you don't really go 'out'

Oh, I love sharing dog obsession. We share so much time together with our dogs, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Brittany, have you looked into Events and Adventures??? Not sure if its only VA or if MD is part of the area that Events and Adventures caters to. It's basically a singles thing. You sign up and they have a calendar full of events depending on your interests that you can attend. When I was looking into it years ago they had equestrian events, dog lovers events, wine tasting, bowling, rock climbing... Basically a ton of different hobby type stuff and there's no pressure that you HAVE to meet someone if you go, but its a great way to get to know guys with some similar interests.

Yup, although we tell people we "met through GSDs" lol and don't specify the online part The timing and the breeds just worked. I wouldn't have Kastle if it weren't for Jason/Ike - he brought us together even though he wasn't even born yet. That's why he's in our engagement pics...at our old Schutzhund field haha

Hahah you make it sound so easy!

Of course, my dog is scared of people so it doesn't lead to much conversation when I have to warn them she's shy, and back away to keep distance

So basically.... I just need to get a puppy. Problem solved.

I wish cute guys in their 20s took yoga. Because I took my first class today and it was interesting enough to be something I might want to continue. But yeah all middle aged women.

How do you think I finally got to know my neighbors? LOL Lived in the neighborhood for about 6 or 7 years without even knowing the people next door... then I got Trent and suddenly I'm saying "good morning" and chatting with everyone in the area.

Trent IS a fantastic guy magnet when I'm out and about, though. I need to start walking routes outside of my own neighborhood!
