I feel awful. When I got off of my morning shift I came home and took my temperature. I have a fever. Nooooo please don't be the flu. I called in sick for my afternoon shift. So I'm gonna sleep the day away.

Okay I totally just posted about it in the good news thread But I am a believer in it! I use the generic Walgreens stuff, but Airborne and Emergen-C would be the brand names. It's just a giant shot of vitamin c - 1000mg. Pour it in a small glass of water, drink up. Tastes pretty good. And it's fizzy. Which is awesome.

Definitely doesn't hurt to try!

Someone ate the cucumber I bought yesterday. I wanted to make cucumber salad which is why I bought said cucumber.

And because I'm sick this is making me outright hulk rage.

I have 2 cucumbers in my fridge right now, you are more than welcome to have them!

My vent for the day: I cannot stop sleeping! I went to bed last night between 11:15pm-11:30pm, woke up at 7:30am and was on and off from then til about 10:05am, then I went back to sleep at 1:30pm and just woke up around 4:15pm. I can't stop yawning, my body feels like its about to melt into a pile of mush cause its so jello-y feeling, my eyes are hurting like a bitch, and I'm cold. Not just "burr its cold outside" cold, but generally freezing. My skin is freezing to the touch, my throat feels like it has ice cubes in it, and I can FEEL the coldness coming off of my body. Its totally not cool.

I'm sorry LOL I'm not making fun of your pain. I hate when I get cold like that and nothing will warm me up.

Oh I have drank coffee, taken a HOT shower, ate 2 bowls of soup, and have been covered up all day plus wearing sweatpants and a sweater AND fuzzy pink socks, thus I am still freezing.

Did a secret santa exchange on another site. Friday is the shipping deadline. My person (who has me) retrieved my info back in November, but nothing since then. (it tells you the last time your info was received and when it ships) Sigh. Perhaps there will be enough people to be the rematchers so that I can be rematched. Ah well
