White socks with skinny jeans
Is that a weird combination? I kind of got into an argument with my friend over it. She's into fashion and looking stylish and I'm not, so I should listen to her, but I just... does it look strange? I mean in a situation like you are at someone's house and you take your shoes off and you have white socks on. She insists that black socks must be worn with skinny jeans if there is any chance that they will be visible.
Opinions? Hooray for using the Internet to settle pointless arguments! I'd make it a poll if I wasn't so technologically challenged.

I don't see the issue .. in fact I've never even thought about it. I wear white socks with skinny jeans all the time.
ETA I don't think I even own a pair of black socks.

If I were wearing white elsewhere, I'd probably wear white socks. I do match my socks to my outfits.

I'm lucky if my socks match. I can't be bothered to worry about COLOR too. Most of my socks are brightly colored.

I usually don't give a rat's tail about the color of my socks - unless I'm for example wearing black tights, and there is a slight chance you can see my socks from my shoes, then Ill wear a dark color. Maybe.
Honestly though my socks rarely even match eachother. I loose so many socks... its not even worth it.
