How important are the 'extras'? - Page 2

I'm pretty willing to compromise on what I consider extra's for a great dog (or a dog from great lines). I don't care that much at the end of the day about a lot of the extra's as long as I get a great dog and trust the breeder.

Not that ideal isn't great, but in my breed my ideal can be hard to find so I was forced to really prioritize and learn what I cared about most and would not budge on.

Extras really don't even show up on my radar. Ex: ENS, or feeding high quality food. Just not a priority and I can take care of all that once I get the dog provided the dog has a good temperament.

Extras are nice though and appreciated but it's not a make or break or even something I really look for.

Extras aren't something I make decisions based on. Like Laurelin put it, not in my radar.

That said, it seems like I'm destined to get dogs either through friends or from friends, so last purebred I bought definitely got all the extras and the one I'm hoping for next will too!

Does this mean you have a future addition (other than Miss Mal) planned? Can we start pestering for info? Or too early?

Oh, it's no secret, 'cept I don't want to jinx anything. But I'm pretty set for a Groenendael if everything works out. But not for another year or so!
