see I'm having problems finding anyone who actually does herding with cows. I don't want to work sheep or ducks. I want cattle. And I can't find ANYONE who offers them around here.

Well, I'll let videos speak for Beaucerons, this is a really good one -

Fast forward to 48sec on this one (you'll notice he's a bit more "wild" than the first, but it's his first time) -

And this is more what the breed was originally intended to do as far as herding goes (and a little more boring to watch, lol) -
