I'd like to say it doesn't effect me - but If I don't have coffee in the morning, I get a major headache for the rest of the day. Other than that, it doesn't really effect me. I can drink coffee before bed and not notice.

I wouldn't say I'm overly sensitive...but it definitely affects my sleep if I consume it too late. I drink a mug (about 12 oz) of coffee in the morning, and I might have a diet dew or ice tea with lunch. Any caffiene after about 4-ish and I won't be sleeping at bedtime.

I wish it gave me super energy though....I'd just hook up a coffee IV! LOL

^ That is my husband, and I've never understood it! LOL Here I am with chamomile tea, aroma therapy, and eye covers doing my best to relax and fall asleep..........here he comes with a cup of black coffee and some cookies as a 'bedtime snack' and as soon as he hits the pillow it's snore town! HOW?!

Incredibly.

I used to have panic attacks if I drank caffeinated coffee or black tea, could drink green tea.

It's gotten worse...now even green tea makes me jumpy, uncomfortable, and anxious...black tea or coffee sets me into a manic episode, my heart rate gets so high it's dangerous. I get delusional. I can eat chocolate, but not in huge doses. I'm not sure if I'm allergic to caffeine, but I might be.

I'm VERY wary of ordering decaf coffee from any place I can't clear see them pour it.

Lol, I was just picturing how gross I'd feel if I drank that much caffeine!

I actually quit for 2 months last spring, hoping to be able to quit forever, but I could not get over the constant grogginess and fatigue. I don't even drink that much a day, a cup or two in the morning, but apparently it's a necessity. I'm totally jealous of people who can live caffeine free.

Green tea has more caffeine than black tea.

I can drink coffee or tea before bed and fall asleep no problem.
I drink a cup of coffee in the morning not for the caffeine, but for the taste.

It varies?

Sometimes I can drink a pot of coffee at night and then fall asleep over the computer an hour later.

Sometimes I'm awake and get to work all night.

Well, no wonder! You have plenty of that good Loosiana style coffee

Or is that Lucy-anna style?
