the premise is OUTSTANDING, but the execution fell short
basically the world of the 22d century accidentally discovers a way to send people ONE WAY back in time to about 20 million years before the cretaceous extinction event, so they begin colonizing the late cretaceous period. |

season one is the ONLY season so far, fox dropped it and no one else has picked it up (although fans have tried to convince sci fi to pick it up).

I was excited for that series but my dad told me it really fell short of his expectations and so I never bothered to start it. Awesome idea, but like pops said, apparently it was poorly done. Shame, because it is certainly an intriguing storyline.

Yeah, Terra Nova was alright, but definitely could have been 100000x better.
In regards to the poll, for surviving the cretaceous colony, are we living in a Terra Nova colony or are we living "outside the gates"? |

Didn't they cancel Terra Nova after one season or something?

I was going to pick cretaceous colony until I read that last one.. lol
Terra Nova was one of those shows..I WANTED it to be amazing. I loved the idea of it, if there were books (not sure if there are) I would've read them! but it kind of fell short for me. |

I think I'd rather deal with dinosaurs any day over zombies, disease, and insane people. Animals are predictable.... humans... not so much
