Where do I even start...
I love me some Crawfish Bisque. It's such a pain to make it, that we only do so for New Year's Day. I also make a mean Crawfish Etouffe. And I love a good seafood gumbo (crawfish tails, lump crab meat, crab claws, shrimp, and oysters (although I don't eat oysters, but others do). I also love a good seafood stuffed potato. And a juicy, sloppy roast beef poboy. And Shrimp, Andouille, & Okra Gumbo. And fried alligator. And a good jambalaya and pastalaya (FYI: all that "jambalaya" y'all find in restaurants up north is NOT jambalaya). And some good ol' boiled crawfish, with potatoes, corn on the cob, mushrooms, and onyuns. I could go on..... Oh, and a great yummy bread pudding with rum sauce for dessert.
