I have a big, solid chunk of liver thawed in the fridge. There's lots of liver juice too...
I'm thinking of mixing the juice with some flour and making cookies, but need ideas for the big chunk. Really don't want to do a ton of blenderizing and I'm sure it's got lots of veins in it (it's about the size of half a phone book, maybe bigger). Boil, slice and dry maybe? It should be warm enough maybe to open the windows so it's not totally gross smelling in here.... |

I cut some up into strips and stuck it in the dehydrator for about 24 hours. The PupPup really seems to like them.

After doing it once I will never bake liver again, but when I did I sprinkled it with a little garlic powder and popped it in the oven till it was soft and squishy, and diced into training treats.
