Oh God!!! That poor little dog!
I musty get over 40 emails a week from my mother in law about this sort of thing..All I can do is crosspost to all I know,most times we get the emails with only a day to respond...
It is heartwrenching to say the least!

The same thing happens to 5 million dogs a year in the United States. I went to Best Friends "No More Homeless Pets" conference in Las Vegas a few weeks. There are days, this business seems so dark and hopeless. But there is hope. As one lecturer put it, Love doesn't save lives. It is caring - caring enough to do something about it.

Its so simple if your not prepared to have a dog, just don't have one. These people want, want, want a dog, just not all the stuff that comes with it.
It frustrates me to no end.
