I really want the bison heart.

Is the Bison heart fairly breakable by hand like dehydrated liver? Or is it big/very hard chunks?

How tough is the bison trachea? I have serious chewers here, but I've been wanting to try more bison stuff since Cricket doesn't seem to have allergic reactions to bison.

All the stuff has been sold! And is going to be sent off tomorrow morning. Sorry guys my finances went to crap the last couple weeks with student loans chasing me =(
Amber, if you want to try some I can see what I have left at work on Monday. The tracheas are pretty strong and I've had some good feedback on them for strong chewers.
