She has every right to re-home dogs if she likes. No, it isn't okay to abuse a dog but I don't believe what's going on here. I haven't heard of one 'abuse' case except for this Fila.

You can clearly tell her dogs are well fed, so I can see no abuse there. I'm sure they are healthy with everything they get up to.

You can't say these dogs are 'abused' without proof. I do believe they are just fine.
