I am beyond livid at this the fact you have to be LEGITIMATELY rapes make my stomach churn. I dont give a **** if you are walking around naked in the middle of an orgy if any sexual activity is forced on you its rape plain and simple.

 This is one I've got to look up the Supreme Court opinion on. I want to see who voted how, see just HOW they justified this (but hey, any court that can define "eminent domain" the way this one did a few years back can twist anything . . ." and read the dissenting opinions.EDIT: Wait. It was the Connecticut Supreme court. I still want to read the opinion. And I hope this one does get kicked up to the Supremes, although I don't have reason to have high expectations of them.

Sickening! Our justice system fails yet again! Women are STILL treated as something less than....I hope it goes further and hope it gets over turned. That SOB is now reinforced so he can go do it again and again. I hope someone shoots him!Someone ought to go in the guise of a severely disabled person in his area...as bait and have a 9 mm under a blanket on her lap. Then when he tries it, shoot his balls off!
